1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

MXJ does not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are considered final.

2. Exchanges for Valid Reasons Only

Although refunds are not provided, customers are eligible for an exchange if:

  • The product received is defective,

  • The product is incorrect, or

  • The product is not as shown in terms of color or design.

Exchanges are only accepted if the issue is reported within the specified time frame and the item is returned in unused, original condition.

3. Reporting an Issue

To request an exchange due to a valid issue, customers must contact us at infomxj@gmail.com within:

  • 7 days (local customers)

  • 12 days (international customers)

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos or details of the issue

  • Proof of purchase

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories

  • Any item marked as "Sale" (unless defective)

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item being exchanged.

  • If the item is verified as defective or incorrect, MXJ will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement.

6. Policy Updates

MXJ reserves the right to change or update this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
