MXJ No Refund & Exchange Policy
At MXJ, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. However, to maintain fairness and transparency in our business operations, we have a strict No Refund Policy. Please read the details below:
1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
MXJ does not offer cash refunds on any purchases. All sales are considered final.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved at MXJ's sole discretion, the refund will not be issued in cash. Instead, the customer will receive a store coupon/voucher of the same value, which can be used for future purchases at MXJ.
2. Exchanges for Valid Reasons Only
Although cash refunds are not provided, customers are eligible for an exchange if:
- The product received is defective.
- The product received is incorrect.
- The product received does not match the color or design shown on our website.
Exchanges are only accepted if the issue is reported within the specified time frame and the item is returned in its unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Reporting an Issue
To request an exchange due to a valid issue, customers must contact us at infomxj@gmail.com within:
- 7 days (Local customers)
- 12 days (International customers)
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos or details of the issue
- Proof of purchase
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Accessories
- Any item marked as "Sale" (unless found defective)
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item being exchanged.
If the item is verified as defective or incorrect, MXJ will bear the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
6. Policy Updates
MXJ reserves the right to modify or update this No Refund & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website.
